26.02.28Love this establishment. Rooms are clean and equipped with all the basic amenities. The fridge/freezer best of all the places we stayed at during this trip. Staff are friendly and efficient. Swimming pool is sparkling clean and hotel is very close to beach, bus stops and Kata Walking Street/Night Market
26.02.21 It is a basic hotel with not much friendly facilities except a small swimming pool and ok type breakfast. You should go for this hotel if are looking for budget hotel and you get it in cheaper price (70 USD). Not more.
Good things: Location is good, breakfast is acceptable and cleanliness
Bad things: No service at all. They only have couple of staff to.take care check in checkout, that all. Apart from that if you need any other service, just forget. If something is not working in the room, even if you complain they will promise to send someone next day but he/she never comes. Refer picture, you are welcome in the room with the damage rate card and then you spent entire your holiday talking care of these things (lol). Bathroom has very basic facilities and they only provide shampoo, soap and shower cap. No other toiletries like toothpaste, brush, shaving kit , combo etc. Refer 2nd picture, they only provide hand shower with hook, if you hang the shower head into hook, you can not bath as the water from shower head falls on front wall and not on your head.
Absolutely no hotel like ambience at entrance, reception and even in room balcony. It is a train like hotel, room after room (plenty of them). If you get the farthest room, you are like half a kilometre from reception and breakfast area. It also has second floor with no lift facilities. They don't have trolley for your luggage, you have to carry it on your own to room and back to reception on your check out day.
Verdict: Basic hotel with almost no service and tourist friendly facilities. Go for this only if you get it in a very cheap price. Else a big no no. Only plus according to me is location.
26.02.20 The only housekeeping lady was very polite and very helpful.
At breakfast, there were no baby meal options, and they never recommended or supported us. We were looking for comfortable and baby-friendly food for our 19-month-old, but there was no option to prepare anything. In the restaurant, there was no hospitality — it was self-service and there was no human connection.(like a if you like eat or leave ..)
