25.08.11 I will not recommend friends & relatives to stay in this type of hotel. Hotel lift is on & off not functioning well. Guests have to walk all the way from ground floor to 4th floor when the lift break down. This hotel is not value for money. Location wise is too congested. Cleaniness of the hotel is badly maintained. There r two male receptionists at the counter. Facilities of the hotel is not satisfactory to my opinion. Anyway this hotel will my first stay in experience & will be my last stay in this hotel.

Getting a demand for payment if not there by 6pm or the room could be on sold was nasty. I couldn’t pay by credit card.
English was very poor. Or perhaps the receptionist just was not prepared to communicate. Much better choices nearby.
