Our trip was spoilt by very poor customer service from the staff at this property, which began with our check in experience. Also, the property is currently being renovated which we weren’t informed about prior to our arrival. The only good aspect of this hotel was the location for what we had planned during our trip to London. It was very expensive and poor value for money.
