The hotel is very close to station and the manager is very polite and helpful

Basic ryokan accommodation with private bathroom. Gentleman on second floor checked us in with Japanese-English translator. Showed us our room on the third floor. The accommodation during golden week was expensive but this was perfect for us as it provided free parking on ground level and was close to Edo Wonderland and Tobu World Square.

Beware of the old male receptionist, not only he is rude, but he also doesn’t allow me to store my luggage-in contrast to the service that they should guarantee through this website. Highly NOT recommended.

Decided to stay here one night while visiting the Nikko area. The accommodation was easy to find and room was great.
