23.07.30Overall stay was good. Just need to maintain timely cleaning of rooms. We have to tell multiple times to clean. Rest wonderfull hotel. .staff were polite.
23.04.28 Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.
25.11.07 I booked Red castle for a week in agoda. But when I reached at hotel on booked date, they made me wait for 1hr saying that the room needs tobe cleaned. Later after an hour when thr was no response , I enquired again and they told me that all rooms are full and I need to shift to hotel Gold souk which is located opposite to it. With no other option when I checked into Gold souk which again took am hour of waiting, I found the room was very small, even the bathroom was so small that one couldn't stand and bath inside without hitting the glass partition. When I tried to raise a complaint via Agoda app, tht is when I found the option for raising issue was disabled. Thr is no credibility while booking via Agoda.

25.08.17 While booking from website it calculate the no of days stay as 2 days but while checking out hotel is charging 3 days.
Prio on call also we have confirmed if check in at 12 night and check out at 12 night will be counted as one day...but the counter staff being very rude..anyways we have paid for 3 days.
But hotel staff completely blaming on booking website..
Cheating and charging extra at the time on checkout.
