26.05.28I was working on a film in Maudsland on Tuesday 26/5/& 27/5 I tried many ways of contacting Hope Harbour Hotel but all message banks were full, no email answered. After finishing work at 11.30pm drove to H.H.H. and was not able access my room as there was no night porter on duty. It was pouring rain and am 74 years old. I then had to find accommodation at 1.00am on the 27th and be back on set at 10.00am got other accommodation at Labrador thankfully the manager answered the phone at 2.00am. Left my business card on reception desk expecting a call yesterday but NO! I booked through AGODA. Never again

26.05.24Cheap room with beautiful views however customer service was slack. Had trouble entering the room via pin code. Room smelt and ended up finding off noodles in the cupboard which explained the smell. One coffee cup which was disappointing. No milk and only couple sachets of international roast. I think for the location and the view they could have an amazing hotel here if they spent the money and not let it get run down. Bed was comfy.

My room lacked a microwave, no toaster, no crockery so had to go out for a meal… the only disappointment. The room, and the public common areas were awesome
