22.03.21Our room was good, the lady that checked us in and out was very friendly, all went well until the manager came and stood in the middle of the driveway and yelled at both my son and husband, I specifically rang and emailed to make sure it was ok that my husband met me at the property from a different region with our dogs in the dog box. No issues animal friendly, not once were the dogs let out at the property, and she decided to yell at my son first while I was taking the keys back next door to reception, I saw and heard what was going on as I was walking back, that they couldn’t be there etc, one of the cleaning staff came out to see what was going on and said how sorry they were and she’s like that, sorry not good enough! We had packed the cars and were literally about to leave anyway. What a shame and way to end our stay. So on that basis I wouldn’t return or recommend. Maybe if you are past it and sick of your job you should move along. That is no way to talk to anyone let alone a 12 year old boy. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
