25.12.06Great Value!!! Loved the location, loved the 2 levels in one apartment, loved the every view from the bedroom, to the balcony & living areas. Best part was the price per night. Everything you need is there, all self contained. Pool is small but with the beachfront so close you dont need anymore. We will definitely be booking again 100%.

Just remember if it's a long stay to bring your own toilet paper ect and towels. Ad she will charge up to $15 per towel and charge for extras.
25.02.08 일단 비치 가까워서 했는데 진짜 문만 나가면 바로 서퍼스 파라다이스 비치라 그게 넘 좋았구요, 메인 서퍼스 스트릿은 트램이나 버스 한두정거장 정도 거리이고 도보도 가능해요~ 주변에 아주 가까운 편의점 없는게 좀 불편했지만 씨뷰나 룸 컨디션은 괜찮은 편입니다~ 벌레 못봐서 좋았구요, 8일 숙박했는데 휴지나 세제 보충안되고 샴푸 없는건 좀 아쉬웠어요~ 그래도 세탁기 건조기 다 집안에 있어서 편하게 돌릴 수 있어서 좋았습니다~ 보증금을 300aud나 받아서 깜놀… 환불되었나요??
21.12.19 Fabulous weather, lovely unit with glorious beach views and very friendly on-site manager all contributed to a great week's holiday at Emerald Sands. Would definitely holiday here again. So glad we found this little accommodation gem.
