Overall, Bright Star Hotel is a decent budget option in Geylang, but it has some drawbacks. The location is convenient for foodies, with plenty of stalls and restaurants nearby, open early morning to late night. However, the hotel's distance from Aljunied MRT Station and bus stops might be challenging for senior citizens and families with kids. The elevator also smells like cigarette smoke, which is unpleasant. On the bright side, the staff are helpful, and the rooms are clean and spacious. To improve, I suggest providing room slippers and addressing the smoking issue in the elevator and also rooms.

Accomodation is clean and basic. Visitors are not allowed. There is no seating area near reception.

We stayed here for a night. It is a nice and clean place, which is close to the restaurants as well as the supermarket
