Booked not expecting to much,staff friendly and helpful, upgraded to a balcony sea view room,food , drink and location excellent for ferry and buses,use of nearby lido pool,in need of some modernization in parts,but would stay again no problem

Great hotel. Very clean, very friendly staff.

The worst rooms I have ever stayed in for the sum of money I paid. Old grubby carpet. Old soft beds. Horrible cheap-smelling shower gel. No soap. No tissues. No drinking water. After one shower, water needs to reheat. I would not advise a stay here despite the very helpful staff and despite the fact that the hotel is clean. Breakfast buffet reasonable.

This was a great value stay as I just wanted something at a low price for a few days. Room was OK and staff really helpful and always smiling. There was a great restaurant attached and bar. Location was ideal for the bus and ferry as well as lots of other bars etc. Breakfast was OK but not great. Rooms aged but good for what I paid. My only real complaint if I was fussy was the noise of the lift especially in the morning but this could have been resolved if I had been bothered to ask for a room change.
