1st time experiencing such poor service and bad feelings in all the hotels l stay in B A T A M. The front desk staff check-in us unwillingly, faces were stern with NO Smiling and Welcoming reaction at all as if l owe them something. The pool water was horrifyingly D I R T Y and the surrounding was so unclean with super market plastic bags around when we moved around the hotel facilities. We were attracted to book this hotel when we saw the lovely swimming pool and the bath tub in the room, disappointingly, both were out of standard. Breakfast service was nothing better to describe, at about 8:30am, there was no clean table for us 2 person because no staff clear tables after diners had gone. No choice, we cleared up a table for our self but the food and drink items were merely so so to so so. We will not/ do not have to repeat these kind of experience any more in our life, we hope

The power went off three times during the evening. There were no sunbeds at the pool area. The room was not that clean and the check-in experience could really be improved. When I received my room key I got no information of where I could find my room or the opening hours for the breakfast.
