Last straw for me was earlier this morning I was Price Gouged an additional $60,bucks per night x 7 nights Added undisclosed Pet Fees to my Total Bill. I’ve stayed at several other pet friendly hotels/motels in and around Vegas and not one has added any pet fees onto my room rate…I always mark my bookings as traveling w/pets. This extended stay valley view claims it’s policies don’t align with extended stay of America Corporate Company Policies for guests - they do not follow the extended stay of America (ESA) room placards or the tv homescreen messages/notifications the Manager said those policies do not apply to This Property? The daytime manager runs a fraudulent operation that i will be reporting to all the proper agencies such as the CFPB and BBB as well as Consumer Affairs and Nevada AG. unscrupulously shady practices and policies from this hospitality business. Adding Exorbitant Pet Fees after Res already booked a third time by this guest is not acceptable and must be removed/refunded. A nominal pet Deposit is the only acceptable charge should’ve incurred - especially for emotional support animals. and deposits must be returned when a room has no damage or odor present at checkout! This motel has known of my Pets from First day I Checked in a week ago - I’d Asked at check-in for a magnet and was given a “Pets Inside” magnet to stick on front door. And today the daytime manager came to my room at 11:08 and saw the magnet as she knocked, then tells me to come down to sign some paperwork - bumped the total bill exorbitantly! Regardless of non-transparency in pet policy after the fact this was Not good business or Goodwill on part of this motel. Most room occupants in this motel are leftovers - squatters taking advantage of the pandemic renters moratorium protection act. They make a lot of noise, and Don’t Sleep! Att

I prefer one of these everywhere I go because they always clean fresh vibes and they have best cheap suits if you have company or multiple people you get your own space and there’s a kitchen. So why not while your stay a few days you can cook have company and privacy all in one

Spacious suite, larger than some other esa I stayed. Has 2 different bus routes in 5 minutes walk. Close to Rio, Gold Coast, and Palm - easily walkable distance. Only downside is you need to keep an eye on some homeless people on the road - we're not on strip here so it's lil more dangerous to walk at night, especially for ladies and elderlies.
