26.03.27I am a frequent traveller and I do staycations in Singapore often too. Li Ching is one of the best hotel staff I have encountered. Exceptional service and thoughtful. She singlehandedly made the stay go from decent to incredible. The lobby and outward appearance of the hotel is average, feels a bit old. But the rooms are very new and clean. very fresh and well maintained, which makes us consider returning again.
