The check-in process was straightforward, but upon entering the elevator, we experienced a 5-minute delay due to a technical issue. We activated the emergency button to request assistance, and eventually, the issue was resolved. Unfortunately, the manager failed to offer an apology, and our stay was inadvertently cancelled, resulting in an additional payment. The room had a musty odor, and a bug, resembling a cockroach, was present in the bathroom. The breakfast was satisfactory, but the overall experience was reminiscent of a motel, with a location convenient to local attractions, yet situated in a less desirable area. I will not be returning to this establishment.

The location was convenient to a doctor. The area is sketchy. Bum was lying on the street across from the hotel. I wouldn’t walk on the street day or night. The hotel has been remodeled. Our room was like new. The bed was comfortable the sheets soft. New window shades and coverings. Fresh paint. Complementary hot breakfast. The food was mediocre. Especially the powered scrambled eggs. I would recommend the waffles, bagels.
