Safety and security perfect

Traveling with my Niece from Britain, the front desk manager was a great source of support to us both. we were on the 16th floor with a great view, the balcony was large, the bedroom and kitchen window had city viewing the PM city lights were very special. attractions easy to access by foot. the rooms had their full shower and toilet. Security to enter building and access lift to rooms was an added bonus.

Overall we had a good stay. Never got to use the facilities as it rained but really enjoyed the room we was in. I would defiantly there again

The aircon did not work at all in apartment 44 floor 11. The manager tried blaming people playing with the buttons. They should advertise no aircon. We were lucky rained and the wind cooled us down. The pool was dirty. Cleaners don't clean under the sofa either.

Giving the facilities three stars only because the vacuum and light in the bathroom didn't work, otherwise an awesome stay!
