26.05.27the room seemed a little dated, but clean, in a good part of the city, we had a high floor and had a view of the city centre.... the pool however was meant to be 26 degrees, that was not the case for sure, the toddlers pool next to it was warmer... the staff was brilliant, friendly, and professional....overall not a bad place to stay and was value for money
26.05.19 My experience at this hotel was terrible. I booked through Agoda and was instructed to collect my key from a nearby convenience store. To my dismay, I was given the wrong room type. Instead of a one-bedroom apartment, I was allocated a studio room. The room was also furnished with Ikea furniture, including a computer desk. To top it off, the room was so dusty that it triggered a severe allergy reaction, forcing me to leave and find another accommodation. For $400 a night, this place is truly awful. I later learned that this room was most likely managed privately by S&P Apartments, which is a rental apartment, and not The Sebel Brisbane. It is misleading for them to masquerade as the hotel on Agoda.
26.05.04 During my stay at the seabel I was treated so well by the amazing staff there they really did make me feel like I was special and I was on the holiday and I had such an amazing relaxing time the room was comfortable the bed was huge and fluffy and the food that they serve for room service and everything else was absolutely amazing I could not fault my stay the hotel or the staff I think it is a beautiful place to stay and highly recommend it to others
