25.10.11We recently stayed at this hotel and have mixed feelings about the experience. On the positive side, the beach club is truly beautiful, and having breakfast right on the beach was a lovely touch. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and nicely designed.
However, overall we didn’t feel it was good value for the price. The small pool was completely empty of water, which was disappointing. We spent several hours both at the pool area and on the beach, yet no staff approached us to offer a menu or ask if we wanted to order anything — the service felt almost nonexistent.
Upon arrival, we were first given a room facing the street and what looked like garbage, which left a very bad impression. We asked to change, and although they did move us, we were told that this type of view is the standard for the category, which was very disappointing.
The hotel was extremely quiet — we visited in the off-season and it felt like there were only two couples in the entire place. While some may enjoy the peace, it added to an overall lack of atmosphere and service.
In summary, beautiful setting and design, but the experience didn’t match the price due to poor service and disappointing details.
