During my stay, I discovered an **insect in the bed and bathroom, which caused significant distress and concern regarding the hygiene and safety standards of the room. The presence of this bug on the bedding was extremely disturbing and made it impossible to rest comfortably. Attached is a photo of the insect found. Although it may not be a bedbug, it is unacceptable to find **any bug in bed** in a professionally managed accommodation.
