2박 했었는데 방크기도 적당하고 특히 침대아래 온열장치가 있는지 따뜻하게 지냈어요

5 stars on all categories BUT I give 6 stars for the staff. All hotel staff, with whom my wife and I had interaction, were very respectful and immediately attended to our needs. Special mention for Rosario, who was on duty for a number of days during our stay as she promptly attended to our requests. Special appreciation for the lady who was on duty the night of October 12. That night the hotel building fire alarm went off and she promptly and diligently checked on all guests to ensure everybody was OK. She knocked on our door past 11PM, past her work hours.

When we first entered the room, we saw a cockroach in the toilet. A member of staff came over to help us kill it. Later that day, we saw quite a number of flies in the room and the bathrooms. We thought we’d better leave this place and stay elsewhere. The staff is helpful, the wifi in the room worked fine but the cleanliness of the room is completely unacceptable.

깨끗하고, 벌레 없고, 커피포트랑 드라이기도 있고, 에어컨도 잘나옵니다 2층은 엘레베이터 이용하면 돼요! 아침에 로비에 가면 간단한 티백들도 제공해주셔요! 냠냠 체크인 해주시는 분이 관광지 설명도 해주셔서 뜻밖에 야경 스팟도 보러가고 너무 좋았어요 너무 친절하셔서 환영받는다는 느낌을 잔뜩 받았던 숙소였습니다 감사했습니다ㅎㅎ
