We love the stay. Location was central and convenient

Great location, clean, and up-to-date renovation. However, Wi-Fi connection is not good in one section of the hotel. I had to change room to get a decent Wi-Fi connection. Unfortunately the new room did not have heat turned on so I had to sleep in cold through out the night. After the heat was turned on, it became too hot. Conclusion, your experience may vary depending on the room you get when you arrived.

Exactly what we wanted for a night out in Cardiff. Central location, clean and quiet.

Awful smell as you entered reception like drains and the 2 men on reception was miserable as sin when we dropped bags off when we returned to get into our room there was another man who was very helpful better than other two. And its like a maze trying to find your room. Would stay again because it was central.
