23.04.12 Staff were all friendly and welcoming, from the receptionist to the cleaners. Easy check in & out.
Rooms were OK, big enough for us with a toddler and a quiet location. Decor well outdated but to be expected for the low price.
Didn't get any sleep though as the beds were like laying on concrete, never felt a bed so hard in my life. Could do with new mattresses. Glad I was only their for 1 night couldn't have done another

23.02.17 The hotel is dated and certainly could do with updating , the room was small but clean enough although the bed is a touch on the small side
,one thing they do need to check is we were put on the first floor directly under the function room the noise was awful , you could literally hear the dj talk . Didn’t do breakfast as it seemed very rush rush , the Sunday night was a bit better until our shower kept releasing water , must be a plumbing issue
It is a bit far out especially for walking into the town but the tram /bus service is good . Didn’t have much dealings with the staff apart from we were going to stay the extra night so asked reception, it was after 9 but was told to come back in the morning
When we woke up we had second thoughts from the lack of sleep
Would we go back , maybe if we were in a bigger room higher up ( especially on a weekend) but as there’s a lot of hotels, would we chance it
