22.05.26 Excellent location ,walking distance of Clifton Village . Bus stop outside the hotel ,mins to City Centre and tourists sights. Helpful staff . Will use again when visiting Bristol .
22.05.12 Might have been nice in hey day but run down now. Put in house next door and just felt strange not really a hotel. Noisy at night with doors banging and thin walls. Plumbing made a terrible noise. £12 to leave car in hotel carpark overnigjt was a bit steep

for our first 3 days, we had to shower in whatever available room they had, as our shower didn't work and the hotel could not get someone in over the Easter weekend to fix it. we were refunded £100 for the inconvenience, but there were so many other things that just spoilt the experience: liquid soap and hair/body wash bottles were nailed to the bathroom walls, no sanitary bags were provided in the toilet for ladies, the hairdryer was nailed to a drawer and timed to go off after just 1 minute of use.
22.04.18 Please inform travelers that the steps leading to this room are very steep and can not be negotiated by those with disabilities or difficulties. The bathtub/shower was also difficult to step into.
