This hotel is a great place to stay if you have a flight at Heathrow, or just generally. However it is ideally located to the airport and offers a regular direct airport hopper. The hotel was clean, check in process easy. Basic room, but thats all I required. It was a comfortable stay, the bed was firm and I had a wonderful night's sleep. I did not stay for breakfast so cannot comment. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent value for a clean, comfortable room. Be aware that the room provides a kettle, cups and teaspoons, but you have to pay for a tea and coffee caddy at the bar. Ibis needs more staff rostered to handle the check in desk at busy times, as the queue was long and slow-moving.

Clean comfortable room and lovely staff made for an enjoyable stay. Little teaco nearby for shopping for snacks. On arrival lady at reception checked me in early as a room was ready, she was very kind. Bus stop right outside the hotel

Air conditioning not working just throwing air which wasn’t cool
