Very bad service manager jay when asking questions scream at me. I asked for non smoking and was changed to smoking. Plus roaches n very stuffy and no air conditioning I had fan that I had to use. I feel this was the worst experience ever. I’ll for refund.. I have pictures of the places n pool very dirty with animals swimming on it

If you like to sleep on rock hard box springs behind paper thin walls, this is the place for you. No desk chair or coffee machine in the room. Must ask for trash to be emptied. Phone does not work, sheets were dirty. 🤷🏽

This was the wrist hotel I ever stayed at .. roaches was crawling everywhere all in the bed with me while I was sleeping 😡😡😡 I reported it to the front clerk and he did nothing so I went to Walgreens near by and bought 2 cans of raid roach spray it helped a lil but not completely.. I was in the city on a work assignment and my 3 day stay was horrible I couldn’t leave because due to it being a holiday weekend all the other hotels was either very expensive or booked so I didn’t have a choice to stay there ..then the pay went up due to the holiday weekend and I feel like it shouldn’t because the hotel is roach infested and like I said I reported it omg
