loved the old souq and the surrounding area . it was super hot so only left at night but overall good stay and great locaiton

Difficult to locate the hotel, False commitment from front desk, no menu was served for breakfast and was surprised with food I couldn't eat, had to Request to replace it. Deposit amount from card is still on hold and not released in my account, the hotel staff is not aware and has no information. They look stupid when I followed with them.
