비엣 빌리지 호텔 - 컨비니언트 앤 프랜들리

Service was nice. Hotel managed by a family couple. Room was nice. Comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. Room floor was a bit damp but that was because of the humidity outside. There were pair of flipflops in the room so that was fine.

If you just want to crash for a few hours by the airport, and nothing else, then this place is barely acceptable. If you’re looking for a clean place, with working AC, or any kind of room services, or breakfast that you paid for, then go somewhere else. The room was dirty, the bathroom is completely wet after a shower and its drain pours out to the floor that you walk on. The promised breakfast was never served and there was no room services. I wish I could share the positives to help the Manager and his family’s but I couldn’t think of any. I thought about ignoring the bad experience but I would condone their obligations (no concept of customer experience and services) to paying customers. While this is a terrible review, it’ll help customers like me choosing a much more deserving hotel who cares. And ultimately, for those don’t care, they should get out of the service business.

도착했는데 청소도 안되어있었음 시설도 오래되어서 사진이랑 완전 다름 직원분은 친절하지만 다시 방문할 계획 없음
