26.05.30The value for money of this property is hard to beat, but there are a couple of reasons for this. If they are not a high priority for you then I would highly recommend this hotel. The major drawbacks (for some) would be the lack of amenities available (breakfast, pool, gym, room service etc.), the location being on the east side of the Red river, which requires motorised transport every time you wish to travel into the heart of Hanoi (no foot traffic allowed over the nearest couple of bridges) & the frequent disregard for guests by the volume of noise/activity of the housekeeping crew (what sounds like attempting to deactivate some alarms by repeatedly slamming doors?). Fortunately these instances were neither painfully early in the morning or late in the night. Having said all this, if you are looking for a budget friendly accommodation with the essential items provided within a couple of kms from the Old Quarter, then this property is going to be hard to top.
26.05.13I just enjoy many days here. Nice reception people
26.05.12Everything was good enough.
Staff does not speak english but they can manage with Google translate so no issues.
26.04.15The unit is clean but they might need to be more considerate with non smoking guest. The elevator smells like cigarette and it’s not good for those who have asthma
26.04.03Nice and convenient place. Its just across the river from old town, but there is no pedestrian walkway on bridge, so there is need to use ride or public bus.
