24.12.08Should choose another hotel, it quite old, especially for 4th floor , no window, no air, however only good thing is staff, she is kind!
23.05.04 The hotel is disgusting! First of all, when I booked it here was an information about two languages speaking personal, but in reality here we seen only one woman, who knows like 3 english words like see/pay and something else. Than, the room. First she showed the room with a mess inside and that said that room needs a cleaning. Okay... And then she gave as two others room on the top of the building (no elevator inside), it was really dirty and smelled so bad. Seems like nobody visited this rooms for a very very very long time. But we had no choice. And this rooms hadn't any windows, but we booked the rooms with the windows! Next day after one night in this dirty rooms we found few cockroaches on our bathroom and after that this woman changed our roomes to a bit better two, on the second floor. It was much more clean, had some windows. But all of as were still scary of all of this, full of bad emotions and impressions. So... Better to find something else if you need to stay in Hanoi.
