Very well situated close to amenities and tourist areas. However there were ants on the bed and on the floor of the bathroom and bedroom. The room was also not very soundproof with a dance studio above the room.

Unfortunately the hotel isn't at level as a few years ago. A late evening dance studio has moved in and occupies an large area of the building which causes unbearable noise until 23:00 night. There is a soccer field just downstairs behind the building which starts playing at 6am, so your night of silence will be short. Formerly large king size bed rooms have switched beds to twin beds now, so either you ditch the window or the room size if you want a large single bed. Bathroom needs renovation urgently. No hairdryer available. There are better options around.

Inside the room they put 2 bottles of mineral water.I thought it's was free. Later I found it there's a sign 10.000dong per bottle they wrote in Vietnam language. The floor wasn't clean and dusty all over the room. But the lady front desk was so nice and smile all the time.
