I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. The hotel is located in the heart of city. Faced some issue with room allocation but after few hours of request, the correct room was provided. I would recommend please confirm the hotel staff about the room whether you will get same room and facilities as shown or different. Staff were extremely good. Our stay was pleasant. I recommend
