A small resort in the North side of Pattaya (Naklua area) that provides exceptional value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful. Stayed in the standard double room, on the 3rd floor, which overlooked the pool. Had a few dips in the pool and it’s a nice size and quite deep at one end, so you can just jump in. Honestly if you are looking for a cost effective stay in Pattaya you won’t go wrong booking this place.

Awesome Experience

I had a very bad experience at Collection O Southern Star Resort Pattaya. I stayed there, but in the morning I could not rest because the cleaning lady was making noise very early and disturbing guests. Her attitude was also rude, and it made my stay uncomfortable. Because of this situation, I had to leave the hotel around 12:25 and book another hotel the same day. I explained the problem and asked for a refund, but they refused and said it was non-refundable, even though I left because of the disturbance at the property. In my opinion, this is very unfair. I paid for a stay where I expected to rest, but instead I had noise, rude behavior, and no help with the refund. I do not recommend this hotel. Be careful before booking here, because if you have a problem, they may not help you or give your money back. Don’t stay here if you want peace and good service.
