Jozef Erika Apartment

I booked a cheap double room and visited. It was a small apartment with about 20 rooms. Since there was no separate reception area, I had trouble checking in because I didn't know which room the owner was staying in. A man who appeared to be the owner told me that my room was overbooked and unavailable. I was given an empty room instead, but the air conditioner wasn't working, the refrigerator's power cord was broken and unusable, and there was no electric kettle. Naturally, it hadn't been cleaned either. The condition of the bathroom... was truly shocking. Seeing that the air conditioner and refrigerator were broken, it seemed they had given me a room with no guests. Most of the 20 rooms were being used by local Thais staying for the long term. Unless you are a traveler who wants to experience the hardships of Thai life firsthand, I do not recommend staying here. The only positive point was that the owner, who appeared to have limited mobility, was kind.

The owners are foreigners. Very kind and welcoming. The room quality, cleanliness is quite basic. The drawbacks are: quite far away from beach, no place for parking when booking a car, difficult to find the place. Too many mosques, the room is quite small with a single bed, lack privacy as in the first floor, you can hear and people can hear you. Considering the location and quality of the room and everything , the price ***$ is quite expensive. No much to do in there and takes time and money to travel to the beach. I don’t very recommend for short stay.
