I spent 14 nights with Phuoc and his family in the villa as a solo traveller. They were super welcoming from the start, helpful with all my requests and I even got to play around with Kai, their son. Pros: - great and quiet location next to the river - spacious rooms with big bathroom - AC in room - comfortable beds with headlight and private fan for extra cooling - in-house laundry - big garden space and front yard with many seats - free bicycles to take Cons: - construction next door, a bit noisy Thank you Phuoc and family for hosting me! Will be back as soon as I can!

Very nice little hostel, the host is amazing ! He helped us to book bus and gave us recommendations what we need to do around. I 100% recommend 😀

Located beside a beautiful river and close to the beach, this was such a cosy stay at a quiet village-like environment! The facilties are satisfactory. The owner is really a helpful and kindhearted person, he helped us to find motorbike rental, arranged airport transfer for us, arranged a kid-friendly breakfast for my kid and so many other things. Will definitely stay there again if we visit Hoi An.

This place was perfect! The room was a great size and the bathroom was recently refurbished with an amazing shower. The pool was small but lovely and a great temperature, there are bikes to borrow for free and the location is excellent-easy ride to the beach and short grab ride to the old town. But, by far, the best thing about it is the staff; the owners are so friendly without being intrusive and it’s like staying in an extension of their home (which is what it actually is!). We stayed 4 nights and were sad to be leaving. If we come back to Hoi An we will stay here without a doubt!
