Great location and place. The bar closes early so no noise. no staff there all night. Check arrival.... One night the power went off and so no aircon, water or anything. Only this building and until they came in in the morning to reset the breaker seemingly. Doe it happen often? Who knows but had it been hot the room would have been HOT !!!!. Its an older place so expect that. The beds are king size and so for me it was great. I would go again so that's the endorsement right there.

Located within the old town making it easy to explore on foot. Lots of local restaurants, massage, laundry and tour operators close by. This was my third stay and I'd go back again. Rooms are cleaned daily. Rooms may feel a little dated for some, but adds to the charm.

I had a room facing the street, and it felt very close to the bustle. The room is not sound proof, and you get little privacy if you want to open the balcony doors for some air. So for someone who is sensitive to sound, it might not be the best. However the other rooms I passed on my level don't seem to have windows, so I would not really recommend. Location is great, walkable to the night market and happenings.

All up I spent a couple of weeks here while in Chiang Mai. Walking distance to everything in the old city, clean air conditioned rooms and very close to local restaurants and shops. There is a bar downstairs and you can also eat here. Highly recommended for a stay in Chiang Mai.

위치도 좋았고(로띠맛집, 족발덮밥 맛집, 야시장 맛집의 게이트마켓이 가까워서!!) 편안하고 캐주얼한 분위기 숙소도 좋았어요. 호스트와 스텝들이 따뜻해서 마음이 편안한 3박4일이었답니다.
