Issues checking in... no prior details sent and hotel took long to respond on whatsapp, issues with the brown room tub (2 weeks apparently to change a bath plug), room smelt sweaty, towels smelt of people, previous tenants also complained about the tub ... proprietor had the cheek to pretend that a technician will come and the excuses kept coming.... bed comfortable, pillows lumpy but ok, you need to wear earplugs and eye mask.... all road noise can be heard, blinds kinda broken, kettle sprout filter bit moldy/dirty?... shower pressure cyclical. I requested late check out as a minimum token, they still state chargeable by the hour even though I've had so much trouble.... zero grace. Kept my bags at the lobby, stating repeatedly for pick up at a certain time, no one present and they were uncontactable. Other tenants let me in. Keep your expectations low and it will be ok.

I booked this room based on the photos on the website. The pictures looked bright and clean, but the actual room was on the 1st floor, closed up with no windows, and felt like a dungeon. The tub, which is the main reason of this booking, is rusty and the knob is loaded on the big whole. I am not sure that is working or not and afraid to use it. So, I decided to not stay. At least , the hotel admin discussed with the owner and agreed to refund the 2nd night.
