Hi, I did love the Apartment I had so much trouble being able to contact someone as we were held up at the airport, And because it was only a 17min walk from Spencer Street where we got of the sky is, It took almost an hour my GPS was all over the place no one could give me any idea where we were going, I was exhausted and ready to fall apart because I could not contact the person I had been speaking to my stress level was through the roof because I was afraid that person meeting me would b gone and I would have no where to go, Finally I got to speak to someone that sent me persons number that was waiting for me, He had been given the wrong Ph number and had tried calling me one or two days prior he was also told I would be there just after 10am when I had specifically told other person that my flight didn't land until the afternoon so we made it that I would be there by 5pm, Only problem was they didn't notify caretaker, When never staying in the city my entire life and being someone that stress a lot it was the worst I felt, Just need a little more communication because if to many different people get involved and don't really care, Please think of the customer staying there, As they may have no idea of being in a big city if not for my friend I would have ended up a complete basketcase

Avoid at all costs

Total SCAM. Couldn't check in. The phone number just rang out. Left us stranded!
