This is a private owned room in an apartment complex. It is a large room with great views and has all appliances. The furniture should be replaced the television screen keeps flickering and there was no parking available. It's not 5 star but it still was a pleasant stay. Key return is 100 meters down the street. I would rate this property 7.5

Not amazing, old smelly. Never booking this one again

No access to property without a passcode or key fob. Called number for person assisting check-in, who was supposed to be greeting me at property. Advised I made a late booking so they were unaware of my booking, apologised and said would be at the property in half an hour. 45 minutes later I call back, again to an extended further 10 minute time frame, no apology, it is dark at 9pm, cold and windy at this point. I then call back 15 minutes later having waited for an hour and 10minutes when told it would be half an hour, to now not answering my calls. Wait a further 5 minutes and then am allowed inside the property at nearly 9:15pm. I asked about the advertised parking for $20/day, and told it was full. I said that's the only reason I booked this place because I was driving, I was told to park at woolies shopping centre for an unknown overnight fee. One page said a 200 deposit, another said 300, of course 300 was taken. It was the worst check-in experience in my entire life. Would not recommend, the Amazing Apartments were dated with freyed roller blinds and carpet that looked like it was around since the dawn of carpet. I love how the owner puts 5 stars behind their title. You don't give yourself 5 stars buddy, it's 1 from me. Then on check out, I'm expected to walk the key a few blocks down the road to the owners cafe to drop off. That's the process. I didn't even receive check-out guidelines, he had to text them to me. it was a shambles and if you're in a hurry don't expect getting in to put your feet up to be a smooth nor efficient process.

The accommodation was not as described at all. The studio smelt so bad we had to leave the balcony door open the entire stay, shower head was broken I even cleaned out the aircon filter which was putrid, no shower towels or any supplies to wash dishes. Day 2 a quantity of illicit substances were found in a kitchen cupboard in reach of my children and authorities were called to collect them. After departure I have contacted amazing holidays who the property is run through for a refund with no response or communication returned

We had a great stay at Vogue. Great location to explore Melbourne and surrounds. Apartment would benefit from a more comfortable lounge.
