Overall we had a pleasant stay. Safe neighborhood.

I had a disappointing experience with this hotel due to their lack of communication. I reached out to request a cancellation for my booking, but I never received any response. Good customer service starts with being responsive, especially when guests have questions or need assistance. In my case, my request was completely ignored, which made the situation frustrating and stressful. I would expect a hotel to handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, but unfortunately, that was not the case here.

Excellent value for money Comfortable bed

Room is really clean!! I score staff for 5/5 even though reception is only until 6 pm because of the amazing cleanliness. My room is not modern but I have microwave, plates and utensils. They change my towels everyday. AC good. Shower good. Wifi good.

Stayed there for three nights. The room was comfortable, spacious, clean. The location is perfect for cbd meetings. It was convenient to park in their covered carpark. I will definitely return.
