26.02.15The stuff and the facilities are very clean and kindly the problem is that the room is old fashioned and the bed mattress is uncomfortable. I got a back pain which was a nightmare for me to sleep on my two night stay

25.03.09I booked for 2 days after a long holiday to use the facilities to help me with jetlag, however when I arrived I was told the pool, sauna, and steam room were all out of order.
Good customer service would have been to tell me before I arrived, and offer a discount or refund so I could book elsewhere.
The food is very overpriced for what you get.
