Paid for a suite which is lovely. However it's the small things that matter. Bathroom was dusty with hair on the shower tray. Taking a shower in the morning discovered that the body and hair wash was empty. There was a cable missing froma vanity mirror which was reported to reception twice. Still no cable and no apology. Our room today supposedly cleaned. There was a dirty glass which we took to reception to change also the toilet bowl and sink were dirty. No water in the room on arrival. One bottle of still and one of sparkling appeared on day two. Currently there are internal renovation works going on which if we were aware of beforehand we would not have booked. Could be a great hotel with more attention paid to the details.

Nice, hotel. 10 minute walk into the town centre. Top floor corridor area and bathrooms could probably do with an update. Breakfast buffet was really nice and the restaurant area is beautiful. Parking is on site and £8.00 for 24 hours. Would stay here again, nice and quiet during the night.
