23.08.31We arrived in the morning, and from the minute we came till our last day in the hostel- the service by the staff was absolutly incredible. We wanted to cook during the vacation and the staff made it possible and provided everything we needed. The location is great- a 4 minute walk from the tube, pubs, and grocery stores. The room in the picture on the website was not the room we stayed in, but we do know it happens often and it was a good and comfortable room after all. We very much recommend this hostel!
23.05.17 We've got not the same apartment as was expected from photo (because they have several of that type), but still it was good. We had some inconveniences with a water drops falling through the roof directly to a toilet on the rainy days, but it didn't impact our general impression about the facilities. The stay was quite comfortable and calm. Thanks!

Location is good, staff are very nice and helpful.
But seems like they never clean the room and truly disgusting.
I stayed for a week and this is the most terrible experience in London….
