Rewrite review "Private bungalow with A/C, a small TV, full size fridge and shower that is not above the toilet. Just like some other reviews said the A/C remote control doesn't adjust anything but it's good enough for a night (feels like 26°c) . There's a small blanket that barely could cover one person. They charged 30 Baht for another blanket so I used my own towel. The front door needs to be fixed badly, mosquitoes came in thru those holes. We booked this place while it was on sale, otherwise it wouldn't worth it."

Private bungalow with A/C, a small TV, a full-size fridge, and a separate shower (not over the toilet, which we appreciated). As others have mentioned, the A/C remote didn’t really adjust the temperature—it stayed around what felt like 26°C—but it was comfortable enough for one night.
The room comes with a small blanket that’s barely enough for one person. An extra blanket was available for 30 Baht, though we ended up using our own towel instead. The front door could definitely use some repairs, as there were gaps that allowed mosquitoes to get in.
We booked during a promotional rate, which made it reasonable for what we received. At the regular price, however, we would probably consider other options.

Add the mattress was too firm for us, the towels need to be update bad (there's a big hole and it feels like sand paper)

The mattress was a bit too firm for our preference. The towels also really need to be updated—one had a large hole and the texture felt quite rough, almost like sandpaper.

26.02.26It's rare to get a better deal online than by going around asking face-to-face, but it happened. Wish it hadn't , because I was lured in.
The buildings are white cubes and oh so dirty outside. The TV didn't work, though it would have only had Thai channels. Judging by the dust, no one had cleaned the backside of the TV in years. The main light is also a fan and they don't work in any of the rooms. One of the three bulbs was missing so you couldn't see much near the mirror. The lightning in the bathroom was dim, too. The AC was OK, except it shook the whole building half the time
This happened on the lowest setting, too. There within 5 nights I saw one millipede, one huge cockroach in the shower, three small ones on my bed at night time which jump scared me thinking bedbugs (I'm sure of wasn't and pretty sure about others. Countless ants, too, as they could just walk in under the door. I has the furthest unit, so I probably had more guests than most. I could also only connect to the 2g WiFi, though it usually worked OK. Location isn't great.
Oh and the scary dogs in the neighborhood were sometimes super loud, even at night, and one time simply crazy as they ran after my motorbike wanting to bite. This is not the staff's fault, but travelers be aware and reduce speed at night.
On the plus side, the the staff were nice, there's a restaurant as a neighbor , which I didn't try, and the lounging space seemed chill.
5/10

26.01.04Nice place and quiet.
I recommend.
25.05.06It is easy to reach with a shared taxi from Koh Chang Ferry. Nearby are some good restaurants and a laundry shop where you can rent scooters in good condition for a good price. The bungalows are small but everything works as it should. For breakfast you can go to a restaurant where a lot of local people go, just a 5 mins walk direction white sand beach. It used to open 6 o clock. Walking to the beach takes almost 15 mins.
