My assistant contacted them in the morning of my check in date telling that I'll be check in late and they sent the room picture. Later they called me multiple times that I have to stay at 1 room tonight and move to another on the next. I booked 3 nights and I disagreed to their suggestion. They said ok, they will solve it. NO, they didn't. When I arrived at Hue airport, they said I have to move to another room on the next day. Things cannot change at nearly midnight. Staffs were asking some sensitive information like what is my purpose when coming to Hue, what job I did in Hue. I brought a lot of important equipments as this is my business trip and I felt not safe when staffs kept asking about it. Room is not clean, smelly and it's not worth the money.
