We were greeted by fantastic staff who couldn’t be more helpful! The cabin we were in was easy to get to and was very clean, tidy and comfortable. We loved being able to experience the beautiful birds and interact with them and talking to Corey the amazing zookeeper- was wonderful. We will definitely be going back and highly recommend to anyone looking for accomodation!

We recently stayed at Ashmore Palms Holiday Village while attending a sporting event on the Gold Coast, and it was the perfect choice for our family. From the start, the communication and service from staff were exceptional—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The kids absolutely loved every minute of our stay! They had a blast in the pool, playgrounds, and especially enjoyed seeing the beautiful birds around the park. Our cabin was recently renovated, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, which made our stay even more enjoyable. On our final day, we even had time to enjoy the X-Games Family Play Area, which was a huge hit with the kids and a fantastic way to wrap up our trip. A special mention to the team for allowing us both an early check-in and a late check-out—this flexibility made a big difference and allowed us to actually enjoy the park between our scheduled games. We’ll definitely be back! The kids are already asking when we can return.

Kids loved everything about our stay at Ashmore Palms, from the “birdies that say Hello!”, to being a few steps away from the playground as well as the pools! We checked-in late and it was the easiest late check-in, they communicated with us days prior on the process, they even sent us updates via sms. We will definitely be back again!
