26.05.26My family and I had an amazing stay at this fantastic hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, the views were outstanding, and we really appreciated that our request for a room with a better view was kindly accommodated.
The hotel offered excellent family/friendly facilities the kids especially loved the games room, pool, beach views, tennis courts, and BBQ area, while we also enjoyed the sauna, steam room, and gym.
A special thank you to Nicky, whose exceptional customer service truly made our stay memorable. She was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Even after check out, she kindly allowed us to continue enjoying the hotel facilities until it was time for us to leave, which we greatly appreciated. This was genuinely one of the best hotel service experiences we’ve had. compared to other hotels.
Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. We will definitely be returning when partner is assigned to work out here again. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel!!!
26.03.15 Our stay gets the thumbs up, the staff at reception were very friendly and pleasant.
This property has been here for many years and i suppose like everything things do wear, but this did not affect our stay one little bit.
I would be more than happy to stay again in the future.
