Amazing staying with family

I chose a non smoking rooms, and it mentioned in the doors but in reality it was very much smoking smell , dirty. They tried to clean it ( more than hour ) I was surprised & they didn’t change the room. As a 5 stars hotel They didn’t provide: Personal care kit, bathrobe and slippers

I stay frequently in the hotel This time I have some comments. 1. Delayed check at 3:30 pm inspite I came late and thought the room will be ready. 2. The dinner was fish it had no much variety and when we complained we were told we could have asked for other items, anyway it was Ok. 3. The main problem was after checking out, I had already paind parking fees in the front desk and at the gate they refused to let me pass as they asked the front desk and they said I didn't pay. I told them I had paid they said then go back to the frontdesk, I refused of course and told them ask again. One of the employees at the gate went there and he returned and said they insisted you didn't pay. I asked him to return back and ask again and after this argument he returned and told me sorry, they said the system was down. Of course this was not acceptable at all because if the system was down at least they could give me a written receipt instead of the electronic card. The reactions are so unacceptable and mad me dissatisfied by the end of my stay.

Very neat hotel with heated indoor pool. The staff are very friendly.
