22.09.17Considering this was the best deal at the time of booking this hotel came up trumps great staff very comfy and the tram is just outside taking you into town .

22.04.15We reserved a room with Double Bed + Single Bed. But 15 minutes after arrival we noticed that we were given a downgrade: 2 Single Beds, in which the room was definitely smaller. At around 22:00 we complained to the Front Desk Agent, he said we should wait until the next day to be able to change the room. After complaining 5-10 minutes and calling Agoda, we were given the exact room we booked = we were satisfied.
Be careful if departing/Checking-Out on Sundays, if you if you come to your room after 11:59 your key will not work and will not be able to go inside because there is 0 hotel staff working, same story if you loose your key, nobody there to make you a copy of your room key.
The bed mattress is very good (soft). The Wi-Fi speed is 30Mbit/s .
The parking is free.
The hotel is located in a calm and small residential area.
The staff did speak English.
