24.09.04This is a small and clean hotel in Tours. This includes a secure 9 Euro parking which is the reason I chose this hotel. The parking is a little tricky. The parking garage has a code that you will get only after checking in. But to check in, the car has to be parked somewhere. The street parking around the hotel is mostly occupied. I parked right outside the hotel in the yellow shaded lines for 5 mins, the hotel staff said that should be okay. I checked-in, collected the keys and the garage code, and parked in the garage (If that yellow-shaded space wasn't available, the only option is to circle around a couple of times until you find some spot to park temporarily while checking in). The garage door is right next to the building, but the entrance to the garage is extremely narrow, it requires backing up the car, facing it to the garage door, and entering. A 90-degree turn from the main road won't work (maybe an extremely close turn). The main road is narrow and busy with oncoming bus and car traffic. It's going to be a tight, tricky parking requiring patience. Ideal for small cars. I noticed some medium SUVs parked as well, they would have required a lot of backing up and aligning to the garage door.
