Whole check in process was fast & smooth with warm staff.
The bed was just hard enuf to us.
Pillows are just as nice… semi-hard enuf for us, extra pillows would be a plus point to give us good sleep.
The shower bath & lotion are another plus points as it’s nice fragrance to use & apppy.
The antique decoration gave us a different feel comparing to previous stays which were mostly modern types.
The only set backs are, thin wall could not block the noise from outside nor next room. As one of the afternoon we were resting, we were literally annoyed by loud noise traveling up. The noise from Friday nit youngsters hanging out at the square loud enuf to last till past 12am. Guess that’s not the hotel fault & can’t be helped tho.
Our luggage was allowed to keep for free since we have later afternoon flight to catch, this is another bonus point.
Overall I would grade 10/10 as its hotel facilities/services/cleaniness. Highly recommended 👍

25.03.09 The place looks nice on the inside, but the room is small, and noisy. The tiny windows that face the courtyard cannot be opened because they do not have screens. The awful hotel staff refuses to allow the air conditioning to happen so the room was hot, stuffy and uncomfortable. We could not wait to leave! There is absolutely no parking, it is impossible to find the garage the hotel claims to have an arrangement with and if you do find it there is no parking. We had
to pay 45 euros at another park place. The breakfast at the hotel was 18 Euros per person definitely not worth it. The only good thing about the room was that the bed was good. However, I would only recommend this hotel to my best enemy so they can sweat, suffer the intense heat or go broke trying to park or eat at the hotel.

22.10.27 The Sacristia de Santa Ana hotel was a nice quaint hotel. The building is beautiful. And although it is an old building, it comes with everything you would expect from a new hotel. The only downside is that it can be a little noisy inside, in the sense that you can hear the lobby from your room, or a wake up alarm going off in a different room. If that does not bother you, then we can definitely recommend the hotel!
