We stayed only one night as part of a long layover and after an 11-hour flight. It’s not in the city center and not that close to the airport either, more like in the business area outside Madrid, but it has its perks. The building looks new and nice, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was sparkling clean and smelled nice. The private bathroom also sparkling clean, basic toiletries provided, everything working properly. The cafeteria offers a buffet breakfast, in our case it was included. It felt as if it’s prepared for people with different diets, tastes, restrictions, so everybody can feel at home and start their day in the best way. I would definitely stay there again and I recommend.
